White peach and lime aromas with an underlying green olive dominate the nose. The palate is flavorsome and shows a rich concentration of pure Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc characters. The fresh grapefruit and peach notes are complemented by an oily texture and tantalising minerality, held together by a crisp acidity that leads to a lingering finish.
