Wine Tasting Notes The wine is well extracted, with a full body, very deep color and characteristic varietal flavor. Floral and spicy notes add complexity to red and dark berry aromas on the nose. In the mouth, ripe berry fruit flavors are followed by layers of cherry, plum, coffee, licorice and spice. This is a well balanced wine with a lingering finish of ripe fruit framed by soft tannins.
