Wine Tasting Notes
Esteva has a very bright red ruby color. Its bouquet and flavors are reminiscent of ripe red fruit, with resin- like and floral aromas, typical of its constituting grape varieties. This wine also shows a buttery complexity, from the blend of several Douro grape varieties and its evolution in the bottle. On the palate it is well-balanced between the softness of Tinta Barroca and the body, lingering and elegance of Touriga Franca. It is a very agreeable and easy to drink wine, ideal when young but also benefiting from ageing in the bottle for 4-5 years.
