The Jaden Pinot Noir Icewine shows fresh framboise aromas followed by bright strawberry, rhubarb and slight caramel flavors. There is a remarkable balance between acidity and sugar resulting in a very clean and non cloying finish. This unique dessert wine is an excellent accompaniment to cheeses, foie gras, fresh fruit desserts or simply on its own. The Jaden Pinot Noir Icewine will gain complexity with additional cellaring, estimated at 8-10 years.
