Pierpaolo Pecorari's Sauvignon from the Kolaus Vineyard is one of the reserve wines made by Pierpaolo and is cultivated as organically as possible in order to preserve the natural taste of the wine. Wild Sauvignon here, with very ripe fruit aromas as well as blanched almonds and cloves. Full-bodied, with lots of flavors and long, spicy finish. Stylish and rich. Best served with pastas with rich creamy sauces.
