Bargain-priced eiswein doesn't grow on trees (it's picked from frozen vines), but this offering is excellent. Honey and baked apple scents lead into flavors of poached or baked apple and pears, touched with a hint of bergamot. Clean and focused on the finish, so it doesn't end up sticky and cloying.

Wine Tasting Notes
The wine is light golden in color with beautiful aromas of dried fruit, apricots and dates. Its palate is rich and mouth-filling, with flavors of raisins and honeyed fruit. The wine has excellent acidity and a long finish. Ideal with blue cheeses, fruit based desserts, such as fruit tarts or as an after-dinner drink instead of dessert.
