Pristine in clarity this Chardonnay also has a glistening, golden hue. Pear, red and green apple, and pineapple carry the bouquet of this wine. The palate expresses nice acidity and confirms the nose with the fruit flavors of passion fruit, pear, apple, pineapple, making for a pleasant, and persistent finish. The fun and familiar scent of Juicy Fruit gum can be found nestled in between the aromas of caramel and butterscotch. This wine can be enjoyed now and will develop well over the next four years. An excellent match with Pacific-rim cuisine such as seared Ahi or a chicken dish with either a ginger or citrus sauce.
