Wine Tasting Notes
The color of Lambrusco Amabile is dark ruby with purplish highlights and has the typical colored sparkling bubbles which characterises Lambrusco. It is refreshing, instense and with inklings of red fruits. On the palate it is sweet full bodied and accompanied by a light taste of cherries. Best with pasta, pizza, seafood, lasagne, tortellini, parmesan cheese, ham, salami and desserts.
