Product DescriptionWine Advocate Review
Possessing a complex, almost Pinot Noir like feel in its camphor, underbrush, ripe cherry, peppery and floral aromas and flavors, the 2014 Saint Chinian Au Fil De Soi is medium to full-bodied, supple, and beautifully textured on the palate. This is a gorgeous St Chinian that shines for its complexity, elegance and richness. Bravo. The blend is 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and the balance Mourvedre and Carignan, and it spent 12 months in 25% new barrels. Drink 2016 -2021
Wine Tasting Notes
Healthy ruby/purple color. The nose is very complex with aromas of black fruits, sherry burlat, mocha and a hint of pepper. A relaxed warm and soothing temper follow the dynamic aromas in the mouth.
