Product DescriptionWine Spectator Review
Juicy, with generous blackberry and plum flavors that crescendo into a harmonious mix of vanilla, espresso, cinnamon and cigar box notes. Aromatic and intense on the finish, with firm tannins in the background. Drink now through 2026.
Wine Advocate Review
Inky black color makes it evident this is a varietally distinct wine, rounded in tannin and plenty ripe, that shows flavors of plum tart, mocha and vanilla. Soft and velvety on the palate, it imparts big fruit and concentration in a well-made style.
Wine Tasting Notes
A near perfect growing season produced a wine that is classic Napa Valley Petite Sirah. Aromas of black tea, fresh plums, cinnamon, rhubarb and white pepper rise from this dark, inky wine, and lead to a mouth-enveloping palate of chewy tannins and sweet dark chocolate-covered blueberries with a hint of vanilla.
