A wine with an intriguing duality, the Royal Cuvee strikes a balance between high-toned fruit flavors and complex, mature elements realized from five years of yeast aging. In the bouquet one finds lemon, papaya and kirsch, all underscored by fresh Brioche aromas. On the palate, a cascade of fine bubbles guides Asian pear, red berries and roasted nut flavors through a long finish.
