I became addicted to Lancers Rose circa 1981, where it was served with a delicious grilled steak. I fell in love with everything about it!! Not too dry; not too sweet; a "sparkle" to it that arouses the taste buds into a craze! And even better, it is delicious with ANY meat entree', whether it is red or white meat, or seafood (especially seafood). It completely breaks the rules of "red wine with red meat; white wine with white meat". OR it is perfect to just sip it, well chilled, all by itself. But it is getting impossible to find in liquor stores, therefore I intend to use this website to stock up!! I couldn't recommend a more perfect wine for WHATEVER the occasion!
