CELLAR SELECTION
Smells floral, toasty and black fruited, with cola and tobacco notes. Like all previous Numanthias, this is hugely structured and tannic, with ripe berry, spice and bitter chocolate flavors. Finishes massive, with mocha, coffee and toast. Grabby and hard now, but delicious. Needs two more years in bottle; drink from 2012 through 2016.

Wine Tasting Notes
Deep red with light ruby tones. Intense and complex nose, with several layers: first intense notes of red and black fruit, followed by perfectly integrated sweet spices, vanilla and toasted characters. Impressive backbone of ripe, velvety tannins, leading to a round and full mouth-feel, integrated with concentrated dark berries. Long and elegant finish with a wide range of aromas, from dark fruit, to cocoa, toasted and spicy notes.
