Our Merlot is deep red in color with garnet edges. Aromas of spicy clove and cinnamon leap from the glass with the essence of red fruits, including Bing cherries and red berries, combining on the palate. This wine offers subtle tannins and lush ripe flavors accented by final notes of toast and cocoa. It pairs beautifully with a classic French dip, veal chops or grilled sausages.
