Aromas of lemongrass, honey and citrus, with a whiff of minerality; on the palate, tropical fruit flavors blend with a touch of judicious French oak. Creamy, smooth texture, well-balanced acidity with vanilla and citrus in balance. The fruit was picked at optimum maturity for a detectable richness. Drink now through 2010.
