James Suckling Review
Perhaps the best Tapestry ever made with currant, chocolate and berry aromas and flavors. Full body, layered and rich with a wonderful depth and generosity yet always focused and poised. Better in 2019 but already delicious.
Wine Tasting Notes
Tapestry reflects the growing season with its expressive, powerful aromas and flavors, along with a bold structure and density. This is a wine that shows the artistry of blending five Bordeaux-heritage grape varieties that contribute layer-upon-layer of flavor complexity. Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine its generous core of juicy black currant, dark cherry and cassis, while the Merlot brings through a bright, ripe, glazed red-fruit character which helps to tame the tannins and add plushness and texture on the mouthfeel. Malbec contributes deep plum and briary blackberry notes, while the cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot complete the blend with nuances of violet, dried herbs and graphite.
76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Franc

Highly rated for a reason, as I can now tell. The perfect amount of influence from each grape to work together and not subtract from the experience of every other grape. Deep, rich flavors that make the experience tall that much better. Highly recommended.
I LOVE this wine. its my favorite red. I have a glass any chance I get. I love its nice, rich flavor, and easy drinkability.
An excellent Red. My favourite from BV so far. This wine has a lot of depth. Dark berry flavours, good body, a little sweetness. Would recommend. Drinks very well.
