Pisco Caravedo Mosto Verde is a super premium pisco handcrafted at the oldest distillery in the Americas, Hacienda La Caravedo, established in 1684 in Ica, Peru. It is a full-bodied, luxurious acholado, or blend, of estate-grown grapes, carefully crafted in the mosto verde style by Master Distiller Johnny Schuler. His artistry and deep experience create a unique blend that is versatile, mixable, and pairs well with a variety of flavors. Pisco Caravedo Mosto Verde embraces the distinctive, bold spirit of Peru. SALUD!Visual: Crystal clear with medium viscosity.
Nose: Soft and welcoming. Floral and fruity with hints of grassy herbs and white pepper.
Taste: Creamy mouth feel. Hints of sweet and rich spicy flavors, cinnamon, orange blossom and citrus.
Finish: Long, luxurious and creamy.
This is my favorite pisco to sip on. With beautiful floral notes on the nose and a complex yet balanced taste on your palette. Notes of pepper, citrus and pear makes this a a very well rounded flavor experience. Highly recommended
This is a great spirit from Peru, I highly recommend Caravedo to make Chilcanos.
