The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a powerful, dense wine. Inky black cherry, new leather, spice, menthol and licorice add to an impression of brooding intensity. I would cellar the 2018 for at least a few years, as the tannins are pretty impenetrable at this stage. Drink 2025-2038. (Antonio Galloni)

The PlumpJack Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is fresh and lively with its expressive fruit and layered notes of dried red fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, sage and fresh herbs that carry over onto the palate. Dark, nuanced and beautifully woven together demonstrating impressive balance and structure.
