Product DescriptionWine & Spirits Review
Jon Emmerich captured currant-scented freshness in his 2014, an estate-grown blend focused on Silverados home vineyard in the Stags Leap District and their Mt. George Vineyard in Coombsville. Its feels open and airy, the fruit pretty though the flavors are dark, firm and intensely concentrated. Theres a spark of eucalyptus and mint to spice up the finish, layering over silken richness. The length of flavor suggests this will age well over the next five years.
James Suckling Review
A very firm and silky red with plum and blackberry character. Chocolate and spice undertones. Medium to full body and fine and polished tannins. Lovely finish. Beautiful. Drink or hold.
Wine Tasting Notes
Floral notes of violet, raspberries, and dried herbs on the nose. Seamless in structure with hints of white pepper, earth and a touch of vanilla. Cellar and enjoy the bounty of luscious red fruit for years to come.
